This is an amazing dental surgery! I had a back molar removed yesterday and the whole process was incredible, from booking the appointment on the phone, my doctor, the procedure and finally, even the price. Dr. Cindy Xue, who you would never guess is the newest member of the team and now the only dentist I will ever see including my children was phenomenal! Dr. Cindy collected me from the waiting area herself instantly welcoming me, chatting like we were old friends as we walked to the examination room. She effortlessly assessed the situation providing my options and then reassuring me of my decision to extract. Apprehensive, I wanted to book for the following morning to prepare but knew I should just get it over with. When I asked if she had enough time today, Dr Cindy made it feel like she was running to store to buy some milk for me easy. Already in the chair, placing those sunglasses on, I’m asked how am I with needles. Well, let’s just say, I’m a had 2 fillings done previously with no needle ok with them. Probably not what the doctor wants to hear but after quickly assuring her, I won’t kick her as she is doing it… we laughed and bang, like a ninja, she has given me 3 needles absolutely pain free!! Removing the tooth took roughly 3-4 mins. I’ve had several removed prior to braces and this was by far the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. Highly recommend Dr Cindy if you want first class dentist care with zero pain. Thank you again.

I thought it would be worthwhile sharing my experience at Romsey Dental with others. Dr Bhavana, and the team including Krissy and Mackenzie are the most gentle, caring, professional and understanding people. I have always been anxious about attending the dentist. This fear was in part trying to avoid pain and anxiety but at the same time seeking to ensure that the dental work and advice provided was of the highest quality and professionalism. I have found such a team, they have altered my view on dental care and the associated regular visits. I now look forward to my visits and feel supported, valued and am comforted in the knowledge that I am being cared for by professionals that I trust. Bhavana is truly an exceptional dentist and an amazing person. She is incredibly professional, caring, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. The level of care and attention she provides at Romsey Dental Clinic is outstanding. I live in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, and it takes me around 1.5 hours to drive to Romsey, but I genuinely feel it is absolutely worth the trip every single time. Finding a dentist you can completely trust is not easy, and Bhavana consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. The clinic is always welcoming, clean, and professionally run, and the entire team is lovely. I highly recommend Bhavana and Romsey Dental Clinic to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. I will not trust any one else but dr Alwin he is the most kindest and patient dentist I’ve ever had. He makes going to the dentist so much easier and I’ve seen him a lot lately. Highly recommend the romsey dental team

Bhavana has a beautiful nature and is gentle and supportive. Both of my children aged 7 and 8 no longer fear going to the dentist, they look forwards to it, from her stunning kids mural on the wall to the little treat they get after their appointment Bhavana has made what was a scary experience something the kids look forwards to. Appointments are reasonably priced and the staff on reception are friendly, we have certainly found our go to!

ABSOLUTE AMAZING SERVICE !!!! called this morning and explained my situation how I was in excruciating pain due to a broken tooth.
